We have no minimum order. If you have questions contact us and we will be happy to answer them.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon confirmation of shipment, you will be given a tracking number so you can be informed of your order status while it is in transition.
How do I determine shipping cost?
Shipping cost for domestic orders is automatically calculated for you and shows in your final total on the checkout page. International orders will also be automatically calculated. Should you require special handling or rush shipping contact us for prices.
Can you ship my order to a P.O. Box?
No, we can Not send your products to your P.O. Box via UPS.
Can you send me a catalog?
You can print our website for a catalog if you would like. We don't offer printed materials because our web site is updated daily and all of our merchandise is shown on the site.
Why should I buy your products?
Our products are carefully manufactured to the best standards and come at a lower price and high quality compared to other web sites.
What about Customs and/or Import Fees?
Your country determines if you are subject to import duties and taxes. They are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the customers' responsibility. We have no control over customs duties or import fees and cannot predict their cost.
