www.TrunksDepot.com carries products made only of the highest quality raw materials. However we are aware that at times you may purchase an item and decide that it’s just not right for you. For this reason we have an easy return policy we will gladly replace the item or give you a refund minus shipping fees.
1.All merchandise must be returned in the condition, which it was sent and received.
2.Products showing wear and tear will not be accepted for return or refund.
3.You are responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend you ask the shipper for a tracking number before shipping to us. We are not responsible for any items until we receive them.
If you need to return an item, just follow these instructions:
1) Please call Toll free number (800) 618-7865, send an email to email@example.com, or fax request using (631) 520 9666 for RGA Number to get authorization.
2) Remember to get insurance when shipping the item back to us, in case of damage during transit. Failure to obtain insurance may cause your refund or replacement request to be denied if the item arrived or delivered to us damaged.
3). Include a note letting us know whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange, include the item name and item number you would like.
4) Once we have received the package undamaged, we will process your refund and replacement request.
All orders are shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS).
Ships out Same Day / Next Day
Shipping on the same day is also calcualted by weight and location, and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Packages are shipped on the Same business day (except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) orders must be placed before 12:00PM EST ( Monday thru Thursday) and before 10:00AM EST on Friday because our factory closes early. The UPS does not guarantee delivery times.
Once we receive your order, it is usually shipped based on the shipping option you have selected. Please add in this processing time for your order to the transit times shown above. If you order on Saturday, Sunday, or on a Holiday, your order will ship the following business day. We do not charge our customers handling fees if not stated otherwise.

All UPS shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 20 business days per the UPS. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be assessed a 20% surcharge.
We guarantee that your package will be delivered to the address you provided to us. If your package is lost by the carrier, we’ll replace it - FREE.
Every package we send has a delivery confirmation number. This is our proof of delivery. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will send you a replacement of your order at no cost to you. (If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you say that you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier, using the delivery confirmation number we will provide for you). This guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness. All replacement orders will be shipped via UPS .
1. You must allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. In the case of the UPS, it can take up to 10 business days to deliver your package. Please wait the required amount of time before notifying us of an undelivered package.
2. You must notify us by email if your package has not arrived, or if you received damaged merchandise.
3. Please don’t try to file a false claim. We are informed as each package is delivered; we will be able to check if your package was delivered to you or not. If the carrier can provide confirmation that the package was delivered, we will not send a replacement. Likewise, we inspect each item before it ships. We can tell the difference between damage done in shipping and damage that had to be done by mishandling. Sorry that we had to include this paragraph, but while most customers are wonderful, there are always “bad apples” who ruin it for everyone and make us take these strict measures.
